In today’s episode, I speak to Nay-lin Machiwana who is in the Recruitment Space. Recruitment is not just about getting a job for a purpose. Recruitment is a complex industry with its own fully functioning ecosystem, at the core of it, is really about fulfilling the entire system. You get to learn new skills, like networking and expanding your network as well as resilience, as one encounters a challenge that tests their limits on a daily basis. It is a rather interesting topic, because there's more to recruitment than just allocating jobs to people. Being a people's person, a person who loves interacting with people is an important trait if one intends to thrive in the business of recruitment.
