In today’s episode, I speak to Dr Miranda, aka PropDocMom. She runs a property mentorship programme where she offers guidance on property purchases, she is a property Podcaster and Co-host of Property Magicians as well as a property investor. We talk about what generational wealth means to her and why most families don't remember their forefathers' names because they didn't leave anything behind. We discuss how older children in most black families take on the role of parent to their younger siblings. According to Dr. Miranda, your degree is merely there as a first business; it helps you put together some funds to start your second business and so on and so on…a degree on its own does not generate any generational riches.
